REFUND POLICY
At Mcflorist, we uphold a 24-hour return and/or refund policy for any unsatisfactory goods.
Any refund or exchange of goods will not be eligible, should the last purchase of the particular order exceed the 24-hour limit.
However, should the following happen:
(i) ORDER CANCELLATION
— Please make a cancellation request for your order latest by 12 pm, ONE (1) day before the intended delivery day.
— A processing fee of 5% will be imposed on the total amount paid for every refund.
(ii) RETURN OF GOODS
— Should you be unsatisfied with the product, do notify us on WhatsApp immediately upon receiving your order. Send a picture of the damaged product, your concerns, and your receipt. Please ensure the receipt is within 24 hours of the order to get a refund/exchange (if any).
— As most of our products are perishable, do contact us as soon as possible.
We will kindly assist you as we investigate further.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Mcflorist reserves the right for a thorough inspection regarding any products that are damaged/broken/wilted.
Any request for cancellation or refund will be given at the discretion of Mcflorist.
