SELF-COLLECTION
You may drop by our studio to collect your order.

Our florist studio is located at:
L2-27, The Link 2, Jalan Jalil Perkasa 3, 57000 Bukit Jalil

You may also wait outside the driveway at the entrance of The Link 2 (you’ll be able to spot an outdoor escalator leading inside), should you be under a time constraint.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Refer to the following time slots and state your preferred delivery time when ordering.

Standard time slots:
10am – 2pm
2pm – 6pm
4pm – 8pm

Do note: additional charges will be inflicted upon delivering on specially requested timings.

DELIVERY RATES
We deliver to all areas of KL and PJ, hence, delivery charges will be different for each order. Fees will be calculated upon every checkout.

HOW WE DELIVER YOUR FLOWERS
Our dedicated delivery team ensures your flowers arrive as scheduled. We utilize both in-house staff as well as Lalamove for all deliveries.

Do note: While they strive for prompt delivery, please allow for slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather or traffic. We currently deliver exclusively within Klang Valley. Rest assured, our team is committed to getting your bouquets to you as promptly as possible.

DELIVERY DURING PEAK PERIODS
On special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, etc., do expect a delay in deliveries as we are working around the clock to ensure everybody gets to have their flowers on their special day.

We always recommend placing an order at least 4 days prior if you want to receive flowers and gifts to avoid sellout, as well as ensuring no process is rushed and that your bouquets are perfect.

~IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO COLLECT/RECEIVE THE ORDER:*
If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may contact the sender for instructions. Usually, the flowers will be left at the doorstep. Please provide your contact details for such instances.

If neither the recipient nor the sender can be reached, the flowers will be left outside. Our delivery team will take a photo as proof of delivery.

MCFlorist will not be responsible/liable for missing/lost orders, or the condition of flowers, i.e. damages after leaving at doorstep/outside unit. Do ensure that there will be someone around to receive the flowers.

Do note: We never call recipients ahead of delivery or arrival time. We also do not recommend rescheduling deliveries as this would affect the health/integrity of the flowers.

MCFlorist reserves the right to amend our shipping and delivery policies without prior notice to customers. Any updates will be announced via social media, or informed through email/WhatsApp.
